Common data: we only collect common identification data (name, surname, and pseudonym) and contact data, e-mail address, telephone address. We also process data relating to electronic payments.

FOR WHICH PURPOSES DO WE NECESSARILY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

To register on the siteand to create your account: to register, we collect your IP address, your first and last name and your e-mail address and, on an optional basis, your telephone number. Your account allows you to access the purchase of products for sale and create an account even without purchases and, therefore, this treatment is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures. This data is kept as long as the profile remains active and after one year of inactivity, you will be asked if you want to delete the profile. If you want to cancel your profile, the data relating to purchases will be kept for another 2 years until the product warranty expires, while the data relating to invoices and receipts will be kept for another 5 years.

To sell you our products and to carry out the shipment: For this purpose we process common data such as IP addresses, name and surname e-mail address and your postal address and your user profile data. The telephone number is collected for the execution of the order

Data necessary to fulfill legal obligations and processed for reasons of legitimate interest of the owner: data necessary to comply with the financial reporting requirements and any other fulfilment that the law imposes on us, as well as for reasons of legitimate interest. These personal data will be processed for a period not exceeding 5 (five) years.
